“This is our Future”
The Nature Conservancy is an environmental action organization dedicated to conserving our land and water, on which all life depends.
Looking at technological solutions to environmental issues rather than just fundraising for legal approaches, they asked us to create an experience that would show us our potential future in a way that would reach an audience of the next generation of thinkers, doers and makers. Our solution was a poetic, allegorical VR experience focussed on overfishing in the Pacific.
As the key focus of the event in San Francisco, invitees would make their way through a series of spaces, before experiencing ‘This is our Future’ on a set of dedicated stations, finally. emerging into a gallery of installations commissioned around the theme.
The reaction and response to the project was extraordinary.
